Television commercial advertises free product plus shipping/handling. I was billed $6.95 (ostensibly the s/h charge) plus an additional $1.95 for some ludicrous postal insurance fee (not an advertised option). Then I was charged an additional $79.95 three weeks later, even though I did not request additional product. The product is useless, and less effective than Benadryl as a sleep aid. I phoned the company and was told that if I returned the remaining product I would receive full refund. I am still waiting for return instructions via email. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
