International boundaries

I found the product advertised on Facebook.
I ordered a 14 day test trial on Sept.2/18 at 6:13 pm.
I emailed back a cancellation at 6:38 pm after reading all the fine print at the very bottom of the advertisement saying if not returned in 14 days of order that you would be charged the full amount and sent an order every month after.
No response to cancellation
I emailed cancellation request to excoclinics.com and support @exoclinics.com, including the order # to cancel
No response

I called customer service at 18554282388 several times and was put on hold for long wait times, no response

I called and waited out the hold pattern and was told to leave my phone # and they woud in turn call me back ( twice ) no response


The cancellation request went in on Sept.2/18 the confirmation order came on email on Sept.3/18

I called the phone # 1888 628 6284 to cancel sociallityaccessnow membership ( which I did not ask for. No response.

I emailed sociallityaccessnow.com/cancel/.
No response

I sent parcel back on Sent.7/2018- Return post unopened.
The parcel was signed for on the return by a Cheri Goss

I checked my MC account on sept.16 and was charged the $119.95

I called 866 991-4108 and talked to agent #6 Nydrell, He claimed there is no record of cancellation or of any emails or calls. He would cancel future orders but would only return 25% of order shipped because it was after the 14 days. I told him that was fraud and I wanted to talk with his supervisor. He put me on hold and it went to an answering service. I left my phone # for a return call .
No response
I tracted down a phone # of the company in Britain and called and emailed a cancellation request the phones were not connected and the emails were returned.
I cancelled my MC at the bank to avoid any further charges.
