I sent a payment to this person to obtain a diamond painting panel on Aug 15. The posts kept getting more vague and this morning "Kate" shut off comments altogether. then this came out. opened a dispute with Paypal as well his is regarding the Guinness Worlds record diamond painting group-Anyone who has given money to Kate Michaels AKA [email protected] AKA Paul M. Cirillo I urge you to request a refund ASAP. This is a scam. ** Please repost to other groups **

You are all correct, fight for your rights, he will continue to victimize other people until he ends up in jail. Here is his update information and the other scams he is committing: Paul M. Cirillo (CEO of Velocity Productions and LE Productions) and "Kate Smith" (COO of Velocity Productions). Paul will often login under the identity of Kate Smith on Facebook and Mark under Model Mayhem (Paul has been kicked off the site for Harrassing models). Other "Doing Business As" names Paul uses for his companies are Hair Modeling 101, Rock The Ramp, Rock the Hallways, Hairvolution Hair and Trade Show, Hair and Beyond, The Sophisticated Rapunzel, L'tress, Pageant Network and Nobel Pageant Productions. his update email is [email protected] >>>>

Velocity Productions (velocityproductions.com, click on ABOUT) is a totally different company and does not have a branch in NYC as "Kate Michaels" has stated, nor any employee by that name. Additionally, panels were supposed to have been shipped on 9/3. There is no way it should take 10+ days to ship, even first class. Please request a refund through PayPal before they close their bank account and disappear.
