USPS tracking number 0311 1660 0001 0174 7268 was received november 7 2011 @ 2pm got msg on november 8 2011 that as soon as package was inspected funds would be returned to me it has been 10 days since return and nothing from this company, tried to e-mail them and got a permanent failure to receive msg by this company.. the package was never opened because they sent a bottle of vitamins that i did not order and they charged my account for them..then they told me that a charge of 199.00 would be taken from my account in 14 days......we were able to finally get them to answer the phone and they promised to stop all actions. but i have had to take all money out of my account and place in other accounts to make sure that doesn't happen since they have my account number...........
