I purchased a grant tool kit ($2.97), which no longer could be mailed and only was available online, as the site explained. I was charged an additional $60.30 for a membership fee that I was not made aware of I had "signed up" for.
I contacted the number on my credit card bill, and they said the $2.97 was for a 24 hour access fee to the site. No where did the company say this when I had originally purchased the "toolkit." They also make it seem they are affiliated with the Government of Canada, which obviously they are not.
