He said he would help me out with registering my vehicle, I gave him my paperwork for so he can have his people look over it. He called me back saying it was no problem. Over the course of four months he asked for 3 payments. The last time he asked for more money I said no until I get my registration, this started in late February 2018, it's now May 2018 and I have nothing.
