Zou Yibo ( English name: Carl Tsou ), Male, is the legal representative of YASHIN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CO. LIMITED. whose ID No. is 43052419851003445X, once worked at NANJING KINGSUN SOLAR TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ( hereafter called our company )
Date of Entry: March 16th, 2015
Date of Dismissal: May 30th, 2016
Reason for Dismissal: During his work of our company as a foreign trade salesman, Carl Tsou registered and established YASHIN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CO. LIMITED. ( Registered in Hong Kong, that is an Off-Shore company ). What's more, he privately operated orders by taking advantage of our company's export sales platform and customers’ resources, illegally used our company's letterhead to sign contracts with the buyers in overseas, privately collected the buyers' payments for the goods, purchased inferior products from other suppliers to sell to the buyers, and did not make timely deliveries to the buyers, etc. All his behaviors caused incalculable losses to our company and were therefore expelled from our company. Hereby declare that all his activities are not related to our company. And in case of his behaviors damage to our company's benefits, our company will reserve the rights to resort to the law.
Our company now seriously affirms that YASHIN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CO. LIMITED. and NANJING KINGSUN SOLAR TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. are two different independent companies and they are not related to each other.
