When you receive a package you should first click REPORT button and confirm package is received and matches the order in DB.

Then you have OPEN THE BOX to inspect the item, take pictures and upload them for each item using UPLOAD PICTURE button. There should be at least 2-3 pictures of each order. One of them should be the picture of original invoice and shipping label. Once you upload pictures of original invoice and shipping label into CRM, they can be destroyed.

SHIP button (above REPORT) will be available after you upload images. Here you get the shipping documents; also here you update new tracking number. It usually takes 1-2 hours after images are uploaded. Documents will be available on the next day if package received late and/or images uploaded late (after 3-4PM your local time). In SHIP section you see if order goes as single package or if it should be combined with other.

New tracking number – it is long number under the barcode on new shipping label. Always take it from there and not from the receipt. Please note, that you have to update new tracking number ONLY AFTER package is actually shipped. Once new tracking number is updated, you will not be able to download shipping documents again or upload more pictures.

After new tracking number is updated, RECEIPT button (above SHIP) becomes available. Use it to upload receipt for the shipment which you get from the PO. Sometime PO may not give you a receipt since shipping labels are pre-paid. For such cases please have 1 extra copy of the shipping label and ask them to stamp it. Stamped copy of the shipping label can be uploaded instead of receipt.

Please, cut evenly to get the contents out for inspection. You can then tape the bag for shipment.

It came with perforations so that was not a problem. thank you. Order IN ID # 75963 came with dented box and two boxes of crest whitestrips that were dented. I included both pictures with my uploads

I tried calling UPS but they cannot launch an investigation without an estimated value which I do not have. I cannot do anything about this. Someone from the company has to make the call. Please call them as soon as possible so we can find this package.

Well, after you pick up the item, you should upload its pics like for a regular order. Then the labels will be produced to ship it.

Sometimes suppliers don't give us the tracking number right away. As soon as they update the DB, it would appear in your CRM. It happens sometimes, so it's ok.

If you are talking about 76920, don't wait. Since we don't have a tracking number, we cannot wait for it forever.Just ship what you have ready. Other customers shouldn't receieve their orders late because some store didn't enter the info right.

Mila, I got group of three boxes taking 746963574716. It does not look anything like the description of the order I am missing. This is for Neato Botvac. it came with two lithium batteries in separate boxes. the outer box and clear envelope had some pink sticky stuff on it that got all over it and my hands so I threw it away. Didn't a chance to take a picture of it.

I've ordered things from apple. I would not have expected those to be iPads. I was actually freaking out a bit. We might have to repackage both. I'll see if I can find boxes that work better.

Yes, the lithium battery stickers. You can get better boxes. But only if you don't need to pay for them. Also, let's wait in case the customer wants them consolidated.
