I bought a domain from this company, but 3 days can not active, I sent the ticket but still not active, they just want to delay with nothing I don't know.
After 5 days, I opened dispute in Paypal, they blocked my account and said that they need my photo, identity...
I think I'm willing to send my identity if they request after I bought domain, but they don't, too bad support, what's happen if I use this service and need they support
Not stop there, after block my account, after got my dispute from Paypal, they still kept silence and don't refund my money
Just want to inform with everyone about this company, this is the first company that I got very bad support and bad service
If anyone need proof, just reply or send to my email: [email protected]

after discuss, they don't refund my money, they stole my money even I opened dispute on Paypal, too bad
