I bought a warrenty to cover my rx8 asked if carbon build up in the motor was cover. They said yes as long as you do regularly Maintenance on the vehicle. Which i did. When my motor went out they Denied coverage of the motor. Because of carbon build up. When I asked for a refund they only sent me 800.00 even though I paid 2899.40. They sold me this under false pretenses. When I called to find out why I didnt recieve a full refund, the lady was rude and belittled me. Worst company ever
