I placed an order for a pair of UGG Ascot Surf Plaid slippers for men (size 10.5 U.S.) with this company and the order was sent out on January 21st.
Today, February 13th, I finally received my order and when I opened the box I discovered the contents were not even close to the style of slipper I ordered. Furthermore the size was size 13 U.S., two and a half sizes bigger than what I ordered.
I am thoroughly upset and disappointed and haven't a clue how to proceed at this point.
I think for starters I should be reimbursed the amount I paid.
I've gone nearly four weeks without slippers and now I receive this ridiculous order.
