International boundaries
The casino style games operated in the State of Oregon online are illegal. There is an Oregon Statute that clearly prohibits Casino type games in the State of Oregon. There is another Statute that says the loser is entitled to twice the amount of the loss.
I have sent information to President Trump regarding this and am preparing to sue Caesar's in Small Claims Court in Deschutes County Oregon for my losses. They charge money for credit packages that should be free to stay within the law. These people are making millions off online gambling that is clearly illegal.
