My Mother in Law bought some probioxin tablets fom this company and was told she would be charged £5 for a trial run. They took £27.99 out of her account. The tablets did not work, so after numerous attempts to contact them she cancelled the order. Soon after that she received another batch of tablets, and a further £27.99 came out of her account! She sent the tables back costing the postage to America! and expected a refund. She has never received a refund? She had to go to her bank, who in turn called the 'disputes centre' and they put a block on any more payments being taken out.

Just to add, my Mother in Law, Shirley is 80 years old,! And does not deserve to be treated in this way. Regards Jane
