When the representative could not tell me if my order would arrive before Christmas, I tried to cancel my order. A package from Singapore arrived the following month. Since they were to be Christmas presents, I refused the late delivery and am requesting a refund $67.97. Hoping that my credit card company can resolve the problem since their phone number is not in service now.
