i have contacted Angela the document lady about helping me with filing Bankruptcy. She took my money and then became extremely verbally abusive. After asking for a full refund, due to the unprofessionalism She was loud and yelling at me over the phone. I checked BB and she had over 10 complaints addressing her rudeness, abuse, and not fulfilling her client's documents. I have noticed to every complaint on there, she had a remark to try and justify her "services" that she claimed to have done for them...I agree with all the complaints and feel bad for everyone else who is a victim to this scam artist.
This abusive woman has stolen all the financial resources we had available to apply towards resolving our financial hardships. Additionally she is in possession of all of our personal and financial data. Given the lack of professionalism, and empathy that she has shown throughout our interactions not to mention her blatant disregard for legal procedure we are appalled by her incompetence and surly demeanor!
