I ordered a part on Nov 28, 2017. I was told it was shipped the next day.my credit card was charged THAT day. It did not ship for 4 days. Did not receive the kart until Dec 20 and it was a bad part. They will not ship a replacement until they receive the bad part back. They lie to you every time you call. If you call 4 times you get 4 different stories. This company is a scam.
