I report this company in Sept. 2017- after only 4 months their support could not be reached. I contacted my bank for a refund. On December 19th, 2017, they contacted me so they could give me a refund. I allowed them again to take control of my computer to remove their product- they then wanted my Visa number and checking account number to make that refund. They told me that they would not give me back the control and if I tried to turn my computer back on, it would not work and I'd have to buy a new computer. Luckily I tried to turn my computer back on while they were on line and proved them wrong.
