Received the movie we ordered from an address other than the company address on the credit card trans. It was on a blank disk with a photo-copied insert from a movie or paperback -- illegible so I can't say which. Very poor quality, obviously bootleg.
The company takes email correspondence only -- if you call, you have to leave a voice mail and they'll get back to you via email.
I did write to them and they assured me this happens occasionally and they thanked me for letting them know and promised me a refund. However, based on the numerous complaints I see now that I've also been scammed, I doubt the sincerity of the (non-person) who wrote me. They carefully included no name or other identifying information.
Also, the name of the company doesn't match the company name they are using in their credit card transactions.
Very shady. Also nosocial media presence at all. I reported them to the FBI Intellectual Property division.
