The product i bought did not come on time. When i contacted them about this they where very eager for me not to give them a negative rating and said they would immediately re-ship. That's fair, i thought.
This was 3 months ago. Nothing has arrived although bitb99 claims to have sent the products four (4!) times. But never with tracking, because that of course is too expensive...
I have offered to pay the extra fee for tracked shipment and now, when it's too late for ratings or ebays money back guarantee, they don't respond anymore.
Obvious scammer, stay well clear.
