On Sunday, 11/20/2017, I made two orders on the TOMTOP website, I made the payment at the same time through a bank slip, and it was confirmed by the company EBANX the next day, 11/21/2017.
One of the orders was promptly sent shortly after confirmation of payment, however the order CN17K20X2606-N8S3EP, continues with the Status being processed, I contacted by email asking if there were any problems with the order, and I was informed by TOMTOP that due to the large number of orders there was a delay, and that my order would be despatched as soon as possible, within 2 - 3 days, however this has not yet occurred, because, the Status remains the same, in processing.
This is a great disrespect to the consumer, it has been almost 20 days and my request has not yet been sent. On the product page TOMTOP writes "Usuallly will be shipeed in 72 hours" or it will usually be sent in 72 hours (3 days) and it's already been nineteen days and nothing. Here in Brazil we know this as misleading advertising. I am sharing this information and if you want to buy something in TOMTOP, run away from this store, there are several other xde store options that are much more agile in shipping. If I knew that delay would not have bought in this store, I was convinced by the false information that would be sent in 72 hours.
I paid, EBANX confirmed and the product was not shipped. I would like it to be dispatched as quickly as possible, as you are informed on the product page and it is not being fulfilled.
