I ordered a Seagate 1TB external hard drive from 'best-buying.net' which also used another scam site called 'ebuy2016.com'. This was basically a non-delivery scam: they took my visa debit card payment for the order but delivered nothing and cannot be contacted.
I have reported the scam to my bank and put in a claim for my financial loss. I still do not know if the claim will be successful and I can get my money back yet.

The value was £35 (pound sterling) not in USD.
