ordered a "trial" which was free just paid shipping as per tv ad.For one product but then they add another product and you cant remove it so I'm figuring "free except for the 4.99 ship charge, why not"my wife will like it hopefully.
Received confirmation of order Nov 14 i received a confirmation of shipment on the 15th by email.
Now it gets worse
My wife said she received it but i should make sure i cancel it cause these places renew without you knowing it. Well lo and behold on Nov. 28 they charged my Cc $180 Then the lady who is a sales rep for the company says i exceeded the 14 day trial. How can i exceed a 14 day trial when i didnt even get it until after the 15th and didnt have a full 14 days "trial period" according to them.
