This was reported on my credit report in February 2017 and I found it today. It shows a $500 credit limit and a $438 balance. I did a little research and the same complaint has been filed several times, it's a scam which shows up as "THD/CBND" which is through The Home Depot. It dropped my credit score 31 points. I've never ever had a little e.of credit through Home Depot.
