On November 3, you purchased two leather jackets from SCHOTT NYC on http://www.yosoyamater.com. I made a credit card payment without authentication for an amount of € 547.42. I received an email confirmation (email address: [email protected]). I was surprised that when I checked the website of my bank it turned out that the payment was settled in Chinese currency. Then I checked the google email address of the sender and I came across the website https: //www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/66641. I knew it was not good and I called the bank but unfortunately, the transfer of money has already been made to the recipient's account. I wrote an email to the seller asking when I would receive the package and the next day I received an answer: "Please track it with the tracking number LX567790661CN in the following website after 24-48 hours due to it will be worked at that time: http://www.17track.net/en". And actually on November 21 parcel arrived at my house. Instead of two leather jackets, the package contained a rubber, thin Chinese jacket, or rather a thing that only imitated a real jacket (one piece). I immediately filed a complaint and the seller assured me that "the shipping company checking now, we will give you an good answer, pls trust me". The parcel had not yet been sent back to the seller by me, on the shipment is the address of the sender who appears to be a private person.
Please for help, I do not know what I can do to get my money back.
