i sold an account to someone through that website for $200 using the website service called middle man which supposed to be online 3 way conversation between me, the buyer, and playerup employer, and for that service they deducted $26 from the $200 , even tho they havent even showed up through out the conversation even when i requested them.
Anyways after the trade happened, an auto message was sent saying that the money will be transferred to my paypal in between 2~6 days and requested me to give them my paypal email which i did.
on the 6th day they charged my PlayerUp account with $174 and told me that now i have to request the money to be transferred to paypal account but until now, 15 days has passed and I did not receive my money and they have not replied to me through this whole procedure but once telling me to be patient until my turn comes.

So my request is to have back my $200 without deducting anything, for the lack of service i received from them and for the delay on a matter that could've been done within minutes.
