I was called 15 to 20 times prior to the date above saying that they represented a collection agency and that I had to contact them immediately to resolve the debt. When I answered the call, April Green said it was too late to negotiate for less than the $13,500 she was demanding. She said that I was going to be turned over to garnishment and legal proceedings. She harassed me and intimidated me unmercifully being very rude accusing me of playing games with her. She got my debit card information and was able to get $1000.00 from my bank account. A few months later I received another call from Marshall Thompson to collect on the same debt. He wouldn't tell me who he was with and I demanded a validation letter which he immediately started telling me I agreed and signed a contract and owed the money and played on my great credit rating and then threatened me with garnishments and judgements. I hung up on him. I don't think those are real names of these people since obviously they are a scam.
