I tried to book one night stay at Columbus OH at Fairfield Inn. Somehow my search took me at ReservationDesk.com with logo and hotel information mirrored what a Fairfield Inn looks like. Called the phone number- spoke with a man with English accent but he assured me that he is in Utah - Made the reservation, provided credit card info. I found out when I got to the hotel - the rate is 50% higher and it was booked by a third party. Called the number again and they admitted that they are in England and they are not affiliated with Fairfield Inn - Beware-

Also, I got double billed by the hotel - and this reservation-desk company. Called them back and am trying to get it resolved. Harry. Oct 4th, 2017
