I received this to which i normally don,t trust because paying first bebore u get is usually a scam. But after receiving postcards from same address, but new numbers all heck i decided to take a chance and today i received another mailing asking me to pay again for S&H which i paid once allready and Processing fee again and of coarse i am refusing to pay again for something i did not receive in the first place. there address is FINANCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT POST OFFICE BOX 610 PITTSFIELD MA 01202. I want my $20 dollars back
