On August 28, 2017,I was directed to a survey, through Publishers Clearing House, about Time-Warner cable. It stated I was eligible to receive a gift for completing the survey. I completed the survey & the only possible "gift" was what was described as a "Taclight", which was the only thing that interested me. The only stipulation was a $4.95 "shipping & handling fee". I paid that using my card. I received the item, which was not as advertised, shortly thereafter. On September 4, 2017, my account was charged $49.99, the payee being "TACLIGHT 86333". I want to be reimbursed that $49.99, since the thing, which isn't worth $4.95, let alone $49.99, considering its zoom portion broke after a very few uses & it does not have the advertised SOS facility or any other advertised feature.
