I am Andreas. We used Jonathan Davey's services in a property dispute matter.
When we went to see him, months ago, He told us there were a few ways we would win the case, in fact he never even indicated that we could lose the case. We paid the amounts he charged us.
Eventually we lost the case and more than twenty thousand pounds.
We have lost the case now and his office has been demanding all kinds of payment.
This man is a ruthless shark, any decent QC would have told us the truth as the magistrate did not make the award in our favor due to the lack of evidence on our part.
I am going to sue him to the maximum as what he did was very careless, negligent and any advocate worth his salt would have told us not to proceed with case.
We are close to bankrupcy now due to his negligence, were we were simply involved in a property dispute before.
Do not bother consulting this person as he will simply make you lose your case.
