Received the same letter you have about being an hier to $27,700,000. I have called and talked to this Gloria Alves in person and am required to get fax info to claim these funds. The telephone number is 011 34 602 842 525 and the fax number is 011 34 917692 812. My sister did some research on this for me and discovered it to be a scam. I have not done anything with this at this time.
