We are company in Gaborone.
We manufacturer auto parts in china and wanted freight forwarder to do air freight for me.
I sent to multiple forwarders found on freighnet.com and compared rates.

The cheapest rate was a Chinese company at $3.7per KG company called Rousta Shipping ( http://rousta-shipping.com/ )
They sent me invoice for 1525Kg that I wanted to ship from Shanghai to Botswana totaling $5677.

I paid them on 4 july 2017. Manufacturer delivered goods to their warehouse belonging to : Ding +86 18049988025
as agreed on 7 july 2017.
As soon as the goods arrived they increased their rate from $3.7per Kg to $5.8per KG and demanded I pay more.

I refused this. And told them I will be engaging a different forwarder.
They then charged me a warehouse charge of totaling $11,200 . That I must pay it first before they release goods to
My new forwarder. However in their previous email they told me they don’t charge warehouse fee.

My supplier based in Shanghai is willing to assist me to at least get the goods back from warehouse, because he know
Where the warehouse is located. He believes that this Forwarder has done this many times.
The warehouse refused to give back goods to my supplier.

They freight forwarder has been silent and not reply my emails. On 27 July 2017 they make another ransom demand asking
To pay $3500 to get my goods.
they made us pay to account in Cyprus even though they are in China
