I was promised a 10000 loan with 720 up front sent by Western union. I sent the moneyear, phoned them and they refused to send my funds without me sending more money. Of course then they refused to return my Cash as well. I phoned and emailed several times til finally the number and email was no longer in service. I filed a complaint with Western Union right away but nothing ever became of it. The police cannot help as I am in canada. This was august 2014, I have tried many different outlets and don't know where else to turn. Thx
