This is a dishonest company. all their lettings are of a very poor quality and hastily put together for rental to the poor and poverty stricken workers from eastern europe.
Ms Sylvia Wood asked us for a bribe if we wanted to reserve the house. We were prepared to pay a deposit right there but she said they had promised to show the house to other people as well.
This is disgusting and reprehensible behavior. We were told that if we wanted a contract, it would cost more monthly.
The flat we finally got was damp and in very poor condition and at the end they did not return our deposit, even though the flat was in better condition when we returned it.
These people are a bunch of thieving slum lords, avoid them.
