I was invited to the Insiders Edge Seminar They were going to tell us us how to purchase distressed properties using other peoples money. I attended the seminar not expecting to learn anything more than I have in the past however I felt nothing ventured nothing gained.
Towards the end of the meeting I was elated to hear that this pitch promised so much more and for so much less, the assisatnce of a Mentor for 1 year the programe to track distresssed properties, the funding assistance from their company called insiders Cash for a percentage of the sale...andf many more perks. Now I would be a fool not to grab this opportunity. I asked all the right questions and was given all the right answers. I purchased the program for $1997 and attened the workshop 6/7/8th October. The workshop only proved to be an extortion excercise with all their sales staff ready to make us feel like losers for not taking advange of their offer of help for a mere $25000 more out of my pocket. I was so disappointed and called up my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund but was told upon investigation that I had had 3days to cancel however that workshop where I had learned about the scam was 14 days later so I was already too late to get my refund.
