I sent my photo to luxe models and received an email the next day saying that I had been successful and they wanted to book me in for a photoshoot. I was hesitant at first because of the £50 fee and me having uni fees to pay for. But the man I spoke to on the Edward said that I would receive the money back within 14 days if I didn't want to go forward after the shoot. So I agreed, as at the time there did not seem like there was anything to lose. I did the shoot which was okay but the pictures were nothing special and certainly not worth the prices they were giving me. She tried and tried to get me to buy one of the packages, encouraging me to get one of the higher paid packages which ranged from £999 to £1200 even though I had made it clear that I was not in a stable job and was not willing to enter into a monthly contract when I did not have a stable income. To which she asked whether there was anyone who could provide a deposit for me, each time lowering the price of the deposit to try and make me to succumb. Until I finally said no and then tried to make me buy one photo in return of the deposit, to which I declined too. The 10th July made it 14 days since the shoot and I still hadn't received my deposit back, I called the original agent I initially spoke to Edward, who fobbed me off with an email address. I emailed this address but have yet to receive anything in response up till this date. I called them today and was passed from pillar to post being given 1 number to another and then being spoken to in a rude manner by one of their staff because I was asked for my money back. .These people are nothing but fakes and con artists, do not touch them with a barge pole.
