This Indian website hosting company hosted my small social media website candidconnect.com since Aug-2015 where I had all my data and my 240 customer data. They bring complete website down in May-2017 in the name of Server maintenance and now it has been 2 months my website is closed even after multiple chat, discussions, support tickets raised. They are not able to bring my website up and closing my business for almost 2 months with no solution. They are asking me to go to a different company to re-install everything from scratch which will cost at least $350 for me.
I have sked them why did they bring my working website down when they couldn't bring it up, they had no answer.
Please help me against this fraudulent company www.bigrock.com!
