I ordered one of the Scout TV Antennas on May 26 of 2017. I paid with PayPal, and have the receipt. However, I never received my order. I did receive an email from Edgar (TV Scout) , on June 20,wanting the full name and email I used. I replied, and have not heard any more from them. I will go to PayPal and dispute this payment, and apply for a refund.
