This complaint is being made against the above mentioned, Mr Osman Mert Osman of 272 BURY STREET WEST, LONDON N9 9LB. The Land Registery title number is MX205033. The purchase date is 17 april 2014. The amount is £292,000.
The fraud was committed by inflating the pay slips under his name, to show a much higher amount earned monthly.
The mortgage was secured from Nationwide Bank, thus they were the party defrauded. He secured the payslips through his fathers company, Task Associates and others. His father is the infamous tax cheat, Emir Osman, 20 Dimsdale Drive, EN1 1HB,
who has cheated his way through 30 countries including the red light district in thailand. He has also defrauded old people, sick people and single mothers for sexual favors. Emir Osman is well known pervert and cheat in all these countries
So this is a matter of fraud that is being passed on to the next generation.
How did he obtain the deposit to purchase the property?
Did his solicitor inform the tax authorities about the deposit?
This is a matter for that needs to be investigated.
