completed a satisfaction survey & as a reward told I could order a small purse for only the cost of shipping & handling of $6.99. but on my charge card statement they charged me $99.99 + $6.99 & had enrolled me in some kind of monthly order. Called the company at 573-632-1834 & was told they didn't partake in any survey offers & to read their terms & conditions which were not part of the check out procedure for the shipping & handling charges. they canceled the monthly but said they would not cancel the order because it already shipped. will return the item when it arrives & see if they will refund the $99.99.
