I was charged £39.90 on March 15, 2017 for Phytoplankton D3, a product I NEVER ordered. I called U.S number and was told to send it back for a refund. I got the label and took it to the post office here in Grangemouth, Scotland and paid to send it back. I called their UK customer service number, (08000360132) after a few weeks and mentioned that I'd sent it back but no refund. She told me it could take 4 weeks. It's been about 3 months and still no refund??!! Getting through to their UK number is agony.ni tried for over an hour and a half today!!!! I want my money back.n
