Had the same experience as Susan S in May, 2013. I want info on the diet, but they tried to push me to buy other products; vitamins and membership to their web site. I was battling Cancer at the time, and did not notice, until several months later, that they had billed my credit card for both(which i didnt receive). They were rude, tried to convince me that I ordered them and refused to refund my money. I had to change the number on my credit card. Even though they stole from me, they reported to Collection Agencies that I had unpaid debts with them!
