I paid this company for 4 items on 5th May, once payment was received would be with me 7/10 days I never got a tracking number so asked where it was? answer customs rules changed 22nd May so I needed to pay another $366 urgently to pay customs as they will charge me $10 dollars a day storage and if no payment after 7 days the goods will go up for auction, So sent it !!!I was then told it was Dragon Holiday and Customs, Banks, And themselves would be closed for 7days, After me sending a few emails I got a msg on 1st of June saying it would be 7/10 days before they could get my tracking number ONCEMORE !!!! These people need to be investigated we are now 4 June still no goods.
