I have not been receiving any payments over the last two years solely due to the fact that my paypal account was not able to receive payments. I have rectified the paypal issue and informed routenote.
They told me that their accounts department would send out the payment soon and that was the last time they ever responded to any of the support tickets and emails sent. The last payment I got was on Feb 28 th 2015.
This situation is terrible as they are being paid off of my music and would not even have the courtesy of responding to any messages
