My name is Enver Osman. Emir Osman is a close relative who is the Director of Task Associates (Finance) Limited.
He created a business plan for me as I wanted to start the business of my dreams. In order to quality, Osman offered to boost my mortgage rating by issuing me a series of false payslips and p60 with an inflated amount on it in order to convince the bank that I was eligible for a very large loan.
I visited his home and he assured me that everything would work out as he had done this many times in the past.
My business plan was rejected as it was considered to be of poor quality and many aspects were left out. I got a shock as I thought Osman was a professional but this meant that he was lying and did not know how to create a business plan. To make matters worse, my mortgage application was turned down. When I enquired with the bank, it turns out that the bank found the application to be suspicious as these applications by Osman's company had been rejected before as the bank found out that they were not genuine.
Also I have noticed that other people have come to his house, where he runs several businesses from, demanding their money, but since Emir Osman is a relative, I overlooked these events.
When I asked Osman for my money back in a very kind manner, he got very angry, his manner changed completely and he threatened to get the police involved.
I know that the police will not get involved and these threats probably work on his kebab shop and grocery clients.
At this stage , I cannot afford to hire a lawyer.
Sadly, I am the one suffering now, as I have been cheated of £6500 and most likely will not see it again.
This is a warning to anyone who meets this man, he will steal your money and you will regret using his service.
