My name is Melike Yusuf and I need to lodge this complaint as there is a theif who is openly stealing handbags and purses in the Tottenham Stadium on the 14th of May 2017, just a few days ago. The match was tottenham vs man united and I went with my teenage sons as they love and support Tottenham.
While I was watching the match , this man, put his hand into my handbag and took out my money. I was really scared and I called the security guard. They took this man into the office and he was identified as Emir Osman. What a shock I got as he is a prominent man in the Turkish/Cypriot community in London. I know of him as I have been to some events where he was present.
He claimed that he thought it was his wif'es bag, but the security noted that he was alone. He is a great sweet talker as he then said that his wife had gone home because she was unwell. But he was caught red handed! He sweet talked his way out of it and the security released him with a warning. He even looked like he was going to cry. So, i told them maybe it was a mistake, let him go. After that he left in shame.
After I came home, my son googled his name and it turned out that he is a professional thief and con man from uk to us to turkey.
Please be very wary of this man as he is a professional thief.
