My daughter and I purchased over $250.00 in VIP concert tickets and thoroughly read the fine print. Clearly stated in the fine print it's indicated that the tickets are in the VIP section of the venue and include VIP entrance to the event which includes parking. After receiving the email confirmation from mytickettracker.com it did not indicate that parking was included, so I contacted them. I was treated rudely by a rep named Brittany , who hung up on me after I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. So I called the venue and they confirmed that all VIP seating includes VIP entrance to the venue which includes parking. I called mytickettracker,com back and spoke to a rep named Jessica who initially also was rude and declined my requests to speak with a manager or supervisor. After multiple requests and placing me on hold for over 10 minutes, the rep did finally transfer to a rep named Melissa, who stated she was a manager. Melissa stated that she was aware the the rep Britanny hung on me and that she, infact was listening in on the phone call and approved of the way it was handled. After I stated my concern with the tickets I'd purchased and how they were not including he parking that I had paid for, she berated me, shouted something unintelligible and then she herself/the supervisor hung up on me. I feel entirely swindled out of my hard earned money and should have received the full VIP package that I had originally purchased from them. Now my daughter and I will have to purchase other tickets which include the entire package so that we can still make it to this event which is a graduation present for my daughter.
