This woman took us for $1265.00 .She rented my Mother and I a condo in the Cayman Islands and the place was filthy.
No TV's in the bedrooms as advertised and a lot more. She took advantage of my elderly Mother and I out of $1265.00..........She also has listings on www.vrbo.com do not rent from this woman. She rented it for another couple who owns it. When I asked for a refund her attorney called me and left me a message saying he was her attorney.
Not only does he not have a license to practice law anymore, but I found out him and his wife own the condo we rented in the Caymans. There was food in the fridge, old gummy bears stuck in the freezer, both bathrooms dirty, the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 2 years. That is how filthy it was.
The place was also suppose to have WiFi and it didn't work.We were suppose to get a signal off of one of her other condos but it did not work most of the time. She refunded $100 but I spent more than that trying to find another place to stay. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LADY. I have all her e-mails of her apologizing for the problems but Julieanne Zenz only cared about putting the money in her pocket and ripping us off.
