I placed an order for one of their face shield packages which also included a shirt and straw hat. Money was immediately charged from my card. It took 11 days until I even got a confirmation email. A week later I sent a message wanting to know what was going on with my order and that I wanted it shipped or cancelled and my money refunded. The next morning I got tracking info (finally) but low and behold it still has not been received by the post office. They still have not shipped my order. They do not respond to any of my inquiries other than an email response saying that a manger will email me in a couple days. At this point in time I feel as if I have been ripped off.
