I too got caught up in this scam. It wasnt untill I received a product from them some 2 months after the initial trial that alarm bells rang. I phoned them to ask why they sent me something with no invoice information and they said I ordered it. No way did I. I said to cancel the order and "Ron" said he would and gave me a cancellation code. He then said to phone back after 1500 and speak with someone called Eileen to confirm everything. I did this only to be told that NO monies had been taken from my bank account as the bank had declined payments. Dodgy, since they had sent 2 products separately over 4 days. On talking with my bank, I was told that over the last 2 months they have taken a total of £384 out of my account. Money I didnt authorise and for products I never received. I have had to change my bank account for safety reasons and to stop any further theft from my account by Perfect Radiance etc. and reopen a new account. Apparently these people are known to my bank and they are now dealing with this as fraud. Hope this helps anyone.
